International Council of EthologistsのJudy Stampsさんから2011年に開かれる
IECとABSの合同大会のお知らせをいただきましたのでお伝えします。

The International Ethological Conference (IEC) and the Animal Behavior 
Society (ABS) will be holding their first-ever joint meeting in 2011 
(Behavior 2011).

The goal of this meeting is to facilitate interdisciplinary 
communication and collaboration involving behavioral biologists from 
around the world, working in a wide range of disciplines.

Given the wonderful talks by Japanese behavioral biologists at the last 
meeting of the IEC in Rennes (2009), we are especially eager to make 
sure that behavioral biologists from Japan attend this meeting.

The meeting will be held July 25-30, 2011 at Indiana University, 
Bloomington, Indiana  USA.
